Introductory call

We begin every prospective project with an introductory call to discuss the details of your project. Tell us about the space, what doesn’t work for you, explain your design goals, timeline requirements, budget, and anything else we should know. We’ll provide you with the details of our design process, answer any questions you may have and at the end of the introductory call we will schedule an in-person consultation.

Prior to the consultation we suggest sharing photos of your existing space, floorplans (if available), and any inspirational images of how you may want your space to look & feel. We will provide our initial thoughts and gather all of the necessary information we need to create a comprehensive design service proposal for your project.

Design Proposal

We will provide a detailed design service proposal for you to review. Each of our proposals are project specific and will include an estimation of our design fees for each phase of the project. By now, you should have a clear understanding of the investment required to involve us in your project.

Concept

Once we receive a signed contract, our team will arrange a visit to your property and kick-off your project. Our objective during this stage of the project is to ensure a complete understanding of your desired functionality of the space, your overall budget and any aesthetic requirements.

Throughout this process, our team will generate initial design drawings, create a scope of work for the necessary construction, establish an initial budget and compile a collection of inspirational images and materials that align with our vision for your project while keeping in mind any images you may have shared with us. We will discuss each of these with you and collect any of your feedback.

Design

After reviewing your feedback from the concept development phase, we will create a comprehensive design plan for your project. This will include final furniture layouts, design details, proposed materials along with furniture and furnishing selections. We will walk you through this presentation including reviewing material samples, discuss design details and any custom elements, along with reviewing the project budget. We will note your feedback and make any adjustments as required to ensure you love your new space.

Implementation

Once the design is approved, we will begin to bring our vision to life. Our trustworthy and professional contractors (or, if you would prefer, we can work with yours) will begin to work on your project. We will finalize your product orders and manage all of the project scheduling to ensure we hit your timeline. Communication is key to any successful project and we will keep you in the loop during the duration of your project.

Installation and Reveal

Once construction has concluded, our team along with our installation partners, will furnish and style your space leaving no detail behind. Our team will walk you though our new space and discuss any adjustments that might be needed. We stand by our commitment to each client and are always available to assist with any issues that may arise after the project is complete.
